Another insecure fat chick :/

Okay so I’ve never thought i would be overweight….! I never thought anyone could ever call me over weight. But yes i am 15 pounds over weight and needs some true motivation.

I’m 5′1 and 130 pounds i dont fit into my clothes anymore… i used to be 110 pounds just 5 months ago HOW CRAZIE is that?!?!?!?!

all because i got locked up and became depressed and ate disgusting county food.All i ask of anyone out there in the world is for some weight loss storys. I bought a scale yesterday to make everything official like …I AM GOING TO LOSE disgusting fat…ive been looking at thinspos and pro ana websites..But starving to lose weight is the most ignorant thing to do…and if you lose weight by doing that you’ll just gain it all back as soon as u start eating again! …So please be my buddie and tell me your story and i will share mines.We will do it together i promise i wont disapoint you if you will stay focused ………MOTIVATION?

    I’m sure being home now you can eat better food just eat a healthy balanced diet get some exercise and you will drop that weight in no time! you can do it girl!!!! you have your whole life ahead of you it’s awesome that you recognized the problem now before it got too far!     I’m like home 24/7 gerrr.
    Only thing that sucks is i have no workout
    equipment all i have is the red exerciser
    which doesn’t work. But i do yoga and stretch
    a lot. Latey ive just been goin on youtube 2
    look up easy stand up ab workouts and they actually work lol good luck 2 u 2 :)

    There are several success stories. I consider Nancy one (look for her in the most popular blogs) Kama has lost and is now maintaining her goal weight. There is actually a forum dedicated to weight loss success stories that might motivate you.
    Your on the right track. Starving yourself does not work. It kills your metabolism and muscle, and muscle burns fat. After your reach your goal by starving yourself, your metabolism will be so weak that you might regain.
    I do not advocate the Curves diet, but I learned from it. They did studies and learned that people who ate 800 calories and those who ate 1200 still lost the same amount of weight. And of course they people who ate more did not lose as much muscle, and were more likely to keep it off. Furthermore women are not supposed to eat less than 1200 calories! Anything less risk losing muscle and putting your into starvation mode.
    I do not belong to a gym. If it is nice outside, I go for walks with my mp3 player. If not nice outside I have lots of dvds for cardio. I do Curves for strength but I also have dumbbells and an exercise ball that I also use sometimes too. Youtube would be a good start at gathering exercises you could do. I also recommend sparkpeople.com They are a free website and offer articles on nutrition and fitness as well as workout videos you can watch online and exercise demonstrations for strength
